Kuwait’s Tallest Building Recollects Years of Successful Transformation
Kuwait, 15 December 2018: Marking its sixth year in Kuwait, Al Hamra Real Estate Co., launched a memorial exhibition, narrative of its extraordinary journey over the years. The exhibition, highlighting various phases of the evolution of one of Kuwait’s most iconic landmarks, opened in the presence of VIP guests, corporate partners, media, and Al Hamra senior executives. Risen to global critical acclaim for its outstanding architectural design, Al Hamra Business Tower houses over 6,000 tenants in its contemporary Business Tower and a growing number of visitors to its Luxury Center every year. The exhibition captured Al Hamra’s proud legacy, shone the spotlight on the key milestones and the vast regional and international recognition received over the past decade. It also featured videos of the pre-completion phase of Al Hamra Tower, an exceptional design on an area of 24,000 square meters and a total area of 300,000 square meters, to emulate the sophistication of real estate development in Kuwait. Speaking at the event, Al Hamra Real Estate Co. Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Mr. Abdullah Al Mansour said: “This is an extraordinary day for us and a reminder of the vision, hard work, and unwavering commitment of everyone at Al Hamra. Today, standing tall against this iconic design, we celebrate our successes, extend our gratitude to our partners, and look forward to usher in a new year and an era of new possibilities.” Situated at the heart of Kuwait City’s commercial district, Kuwait’s tallest building and the world’s tallest carved skyscraper at 413m high across 80 levels operates by the highest standards providing office space for a wide range of business activity and spectacular views of Kuwait. The Luxury Center encompasses modern fashion retail brands, renowned regional and international restaurants, and cafés and entertainment offerings. Al Hamra Business Tower is recipient of a number of international awards from Honey Well, Arabian Business Achievement Awards, American Institute of Architecture (AIA) - New York Chapter and American Concrete Institute. The exhibition will remain open to the public until 31 December 2018.
