Kuwait, 7 July 2024: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) has announced its win of the 'Best Real Estate Solutions Provider MENA 2024' award from Capital Finance International (CFI.co) magazine. This prestigious recognition is a testament to the Bank's longstanding and exceptional expertise in the field of real estate, honed over the past 50 years. It also underscores KIB's unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction by delivering the highest quality real estate solutions.

KIB secured this esteemed award through the consensus of an independent judging panel and the evaluation team at CFI.co, who selected the Bank from a broad array of nominated banking and financial institutions, highlighting how it “has distinguished itself through its unmatched achievements and expertise in the real estate sector.” KIB stood out in various criteria set by the committee, including excelling in real estate appraisals, financing, property management, advisory services, and other digital services; its unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and superior customer service; and its strategic approach and customer-centric philosophy. The panel praised KIB's pioneering initiatives, on top of which comes the launch of KIB Aqari. As the first one-stop-shop real estate mobile application in the Kuwaiti market, KIB Aqari “has revolutionized real estate services by providing comprehensive solutions to customers, streamlining processes, and enhancing user experience,” according to the award panel.

Commenting on the award, General Manager of the Real Estate Department Jassim Al-Abdulhadi, said: “Since its establishment, KIB has been at the forefront of institutions specializing in providing real estate solutions and digital services to all customer segments.
