Kuwait, 1 March 2023: Al Hamra Shopping Center unveiled a macaron display in the shape of the Kuwaiti flag that was recorded as the largest in the world. The display, which was part of Al Hamra’s national celebrations campaign of February, was officially recognized by Guinness World Records on Thursday, February 23rd. Located at Al Hamra Shopping Center, the display was done in collaboration with Roonz and was sponsored by Ordable. It featured a total of 9,600 macarons and took 9 employees a total of 260 working hours to prepare, breaking a record that has remained unbeaten since 2013. This delectable work of art was available for viewing until February 25th, 2023.
