The Grand Millennium Dubai will be on show at the Arabian Travel Market exhibition in the emirate this May to reinforce its position as a city hotel catering superbly to leisure and business visitors, both from the GCC region and overseas. According to General Manager Peter Mansourian, while business was extremely dynamic and profitable in 2014, increased competition in the hotel sector in Dubai is good news for the customer. “Demand has increased but so has the hotel inventory in the city and we expect occupancy levels to remain similar to last year,” he said. “Existing hotels have to finesse their products to compete for business as customers will be looking for more than just the best rate.” Following the refurbishment of hotel apartments last year at the Grand Millennium Dubai, the hotel’s vibrant restaurant portfolio is undergoing changes, with a new outlet serving authentic Arabic cuisine added to the menu. In addition, visitors to the Arabian Travel Market between May 4th and 7thwill learn more about plans to revamp the hotel’s signature Asian restaurant, located on the 18th floor and offering superb views of the Dubai skyline as well as five Asian cuisines under one roof. “We are very excited about the refurbishment plans for Toshi, which have been designed to make the restaurant the new ‘talk of the town’ venue in Dubai,” said Mr. Mansourian. “Dining and spa facilities, along with value rates and five-star service, mean the Grand Millennium has all the essentials to offer visitors to the city, whether they are coming here for business or for leisure.” Grand Millennium Dubai will be present at Millennium and Copthorne Corporate Stand during ATM.
