SPG Members Enjoying Iftar or Suhoors at One of the 60 Participating Hotels will Receive a Discount of Up to 30% and Earn Starpoints

DUBAI, UAE - 29 June, 2014 - To celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) announced today a special offer for members of its award-winning Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG®) loyalty programme.  During Ramadan, SPG members will receive a discount of up to 30 percent on Iftar or Suhoor at 60 participating hotels in the 18 countries across the Middle East, Africa and Indian Ocean as well as in Turkey. SPG members who partake in Iftar or Suhoor at the participating hotels will also earn Starpoints which can be redeemed for free nights, room upgrades and flights, or use the reward points to bid for one-of-a-kind experiences through SPG Moments.
