KIB Concludes its Participation in Job Fairs at KILAW and PAAET

Kuwait, 6 April 2023: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) concluded its participation in the job fairs that were held at the campuses of the Kuwait International Law School (KILAW) and the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), after having witnessed the participation of a large number of distinguished institutions and economic entities in Kuwait.

Commenting on both job fairs, General Manager of the Human Resources Department at KIB, Feras Al-Darmi, said: “The participation in these vital event reflects KIB’s commitment to its social responsibility program and its strategy of investing in young national cadres and talents. It also represents an excellent opportunity to communicate directly with the future generation of young people and attract them to invest their energies in a positive manner that contributes to achieving their ambitions in an innovative and safe way. We continue our participation in career fairs in line with our primary objectives, which aim to empower ambitious Kuwaiti youth and attract fresh graduates, in line with the Bank's culture, principles and objectives.” 

Al-Darmi commended the notable role played by various universities and educational institutions in Kuwait which actively support and enhance the capabilities of ambitious youth, in addition to providing them with the opportunity to learn more about the various fields of work, through such job fairs that bring together young competencies and economic entities under one roof. He also highlighted the importance of understanding the needs of young people and directing their capabilities to qualify them to lead various industry sectors towards a stronger and more sustainable future.
