Kuwait, 23 June 2024: As part of its ongoing efforts to encourage its staff and invest in its outstanding talents, Kuwait International Bank’s (KIB) Retail Banking Department (RBD) organized its quarterly Excellence Recognition event during which the top-performing employees for the first quarter of 2024 were announced and rewarded. This celebration, which took place at the Bank’s head office, reflects KIB’s commitment to acknowledging its high-potential talents and encouraging them to take active steps toward further development, with the full support of the Bank in the form of resources, training material, and other growth opportunities.
In this regard, Mohammed Dashti, Senior Manager – Service Quality Unit at KIB, said: “At KIB, we always strive to live up to our main slogan, ‘Bank for Life’, and firmly believe that employees across all departments are the backbone and driving force of this institution. Our Excellence Recognition Program is only one of many efforts that we are adamant about developing to recognize dedicated and accomplished individuals for their contribution to accomplishing the Bank’s goals and strategic objectives. Only when we motivate our staff to find what they excel at and support them to pursue it can we continue to grow and flourish on all levels.”

Leading up to the quarterly Excellence Recognition event, candidates are assessed based on their customer service performance as well as general KPIs. After the top employers for Q1 2024 were announced, managers were given the floor to deliver a word of gratitude to the outstanding employees, encouraging them and others to maintain their unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in their lines of work.
