This step falls in line with the Bank’s efforts aimed at keeping pace with the rapidly evolving financial services sector and reflects its commitment to the digital transformation strategy while preserving the authentic Kuwaiti identity and traditional heritage.

Steering away from a typical corporate and banking setting, the comprehensive renovation process began with a contemporary architectural concept of creating social interior spaces in a shared and open environment. Modern financial technology was integrated into the interior design of the branch, incorporating elements of traditional architecture and Kuwaiti culture, to ensure the provision of a digital banking experience in a comfortable environment. This is achieved through the implementation of a square plan inspired by the design of the “Al Liwan” halls found in traditional Kuwaiti houses.
With a strong focus on integrating both aesthetic and functional elements efficiently in the design, the branch has been equipped with numerous services dedicated to enhancing the customer experience from a technical perspective. This starts with the unique and inviting waiting area, which features a central tree symbolizing growth and prosperity and includes a self-service coffee station. In addition to the waiting area, the most advanceddigital banking devices and interactive screens are made available throughout the branch to cater to the customers’ needs and requirements in an innovative manner.
