Kuwait, 24 April 2023: As part of its leading social responsibility program, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) organized an Iftar banquet for security guards of the Joint Banking Complex in appreciation of their efforts and role in working around the clock to ensure covering all shifts. This initiative comes as part of KIB’s activities within the framework of its Ramadan campaign this year, introduced under the slogan “Do Good”, which embodies the Bank’s commitment to the ethical and human values that prevail in the Kuwaiti society.
Basil Al-Suwaidan, General Manager of the Information Security, Privacy and Anti-Fraud Department at KIB, said: “This initiative highlights KIB’s continuous commitment to social responsibility, in line with its slogan ‘Bank for Life’ and in accordance with the Bank’s annual tradition of organizing an Iftar banquet for security guards in the presence of KIB’s management amidst a positive fraternal atmosphere. The Iftar aims to convey a message of gratitude and an expression of interest in their vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of employees and customers and their readiness to deal with any emergency at all times and under any circumstance.”
Al-Suwaidan affirmed that KIB strives to participate in social and humanitarian activities that serve the various segments of society within the framework of KIB's Ramadan campaign, which is part of its social responsibility efforts aimed at positively influencing the lives of its employees, customers, and society at large.
