Kuwait, 24 March 2025: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) recently organized its annual initiative of sharing an Iftar meal with security staff at the Bank and Joint Banking Complex, as part of its comprehensive corporate social responsibility strategy and commitment to humanitarian values. This initiative comes in appreciation of the security guards’ continuous efforts at work and reaffirms KIB’s dedication to supporting and fostering a spirit of solidarity within the Kuwaiti community.
Speaking on the occasion, Basil Al-Suwaidan, General Manager of the Information Security, Privacy and Anti-Fraud Department at KIB, said: “This annual initiative reflects the Bank’s steadfast commitment to social responsibility and reinforces the values of solidarity and appreciation that KIB strives to instill in the community. Security staff play a vital role in ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining operational continuity. It is our duty to recognize their efforts and share these Ramadan moments, fostering a spirit of connection and mutual respect.”
Al-Suwaidan added that, in line with its main slogan, ‘Bank for Life’, KIB continues to implement community initiatives that create a tangible positive impact. He highlighted that the Bank’s Ramadan campaign features various humanitarian activities aimed at supporting different segments of society, aligning with its strategy to promote sustainable development and uphold humanitarian values.
He concluded by emphasizing that social responsibility is an integral part of the Bank’s culture.
