Kuwait, 12 June 2024: Burgan Bank recently participated in the one-day digital transformation conference hosted by Oracle, titled “Navigating Digital Transformation: Oracle’s Blueprint for Data and Application Platforms Excellence and Security”. The Bank was represented by Mr. Barrak Al-Mattar, General Manager – Information Technology, who took part alongside 61 market leaders and decision-makers in the public and private sectors, whose efforts and contributions continue to shape the digital transformation journey of Kuwait. Burgan’s participation stems from its expansive technology and digital transformation strategy, coupled with its vision to be the most modern and progressive bank in Kuwait.

The event shed light on Oracle’s latest database innovations, data management best practices, means to simplify and automate, and ways to protect valuable data, closing with a panel showcase of Burgan Bank’s successful adoption and implementation of Oracle’s latest technologies and solutions in finance and banking.
