Kuwait, 8 March 2025: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that Basil Al-Suwaidan, General Manager of the Information Security, Privacy and Anti-Fraud Department, has been named the CYSEC Cybersecurity Leader of the Year at the 14th edition of the CYSEC Global Expo and Conference, recently held in Kuwait, as part of the CYSEC Awards 2025. The award was officially presented to Al-Suwaidan at a distinguished ceremony held at Crowne Plaza Kuwait on the sidelines of the conference, which was sponsored by the National Cybersecurity Center.
