British Council Encourages Booking Your IELTS to Attend the University of Choice in the USA

Kuwait, 21 December 2019:   With the admission season open for candidates world-wide, British Council one of the co-creators of IELTS, encourages local students interested in applying to universities in the USA, to book their IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
